Founded in Lima, Peru, in November 2011 by Alfredo Thorne.

We are an independent team specialized in economics and corporate finance. We direct our knowledge and experience in finding and proposing innovative and viable solutions that generate value for the companies we work with.

Alfredo Thorne
Principal Director
He has been Executive Director at J. P. Morgan Chase and Senior Economist at the World Bank. He also held the position of General Director of Investment Banking at Banorte-Ixe, one of the largest banks in Mexico in terms of assets. Between 2016 and 2017, he served as Minister of Economy and Finance of Peru.
Alfredo Aguilar
He has led processes of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), raising capital and debt in Spanish and Peruvian companies, maintaining relationships with different banking groups, european funds, managing more than 40 mandates. He has been manager of mergers and acquisitions at Oesia Group, senior associate at IZ Equity & Debt Solutions and manager of business valuation at VR Business Brokers Spain. He teaches in the Master in Finance and MBA at the Universidad del Pacífico.
Lucía Lastarria
With experience in mergers and acquisitions, investments and debt structuring within the private and public sectors. Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting with distinction from Universidad del Pacífico and with studies in finance at The London School of Economics and Political Sciences, New York University and Peking University. She has passed the CFA level 1 exam. She was awarded a grant from the CFA Institute and also a comprehensive grant to participate in the XV Extension Program of the SBS.
César de los Ríos
Macroeconomic Research Associate
Bachelor of Economics from the Universidad del Pacífico. Focused on the public sector, he also has previous experience in macroeconomic and public policy analysis, and research focused on macroeconomics and the education sector.
