He has been Managing Director at J. P. Morgan Chase and Senior Economist at the World Bank. He also held the position of General Director of Investment Banking at Banorte-Ixe, one of the largest banks in Mexico in terms of assets. Between 2016 and 2017, he served as Minister of Economy and Finance of Peru.

Roberto is the executive director of Foros Advisors, a strategic financial advisory and mergers and acquisitions boutique. Roberto has led a distinguished career as a board member and advisor to some of the world's largest corporations, including 10 years as Vice Chairman of the board and member of the Executive Committee of JP Morgan where he served 30 years and led the merger and business businesses. acquisitions, capital markets and private equity. Roberto is currently a member of the Boards of RFHL and Western Union. Roberto earned an M.B.A. (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in history from Yale University.

Gerardo is a professor at the business school of The George Washington University. He has experience at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) where he has been executive director representing countries such as Peru, Colombia, Chile and Ecuador. He also spent more than 25 years at the World Bank, where he held senior management positions as Director of Strategy, Risk and Results, Operations Policy and Country Services or Country Director (Mexico and Colombia). There he led and supported different operations and projects in different regions: Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
He earned an MBA from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Pacific. She has also pursued finance and management related programs at ESAN Business School, Cambridge University and Harvard University.

With experience in mergers and acquisitions, investments and debt structuring within the private and public sectors. Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting with distinction from Universidad del Pacífico and with studies in finance at The London School of Economics and Political Sciences, New York University and Peking University. She has passed the CFA level 1 exam. She was awarded a grant from the CFA Institute and also a comprehensive grant to participate in the XV Extension Program of the SBS.

Sebastián has experience working in the public sector, mainly in the Directorate of Macroeconomic Projections of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), on issues related to macroeconomic policy analysis, international economics and financial markets. He was in responsible for the elaboration on the macroeconomic projections of the Latin American and Caribbean region for the following official documents published by the MEF: Multiannual Macroeconomic Framework 2021-2024, Pre-Electoral Report 2016-2021 and Macroeconomic Projections Update Report 2021-2024.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico where he finished in the top third of his class in 2020. He also has a concentration in Economics for the Public Sector at the same institution.

Sebastian has experience in investments, debt structuring and treasury management within the private sector, including industries such as financial services, consumer goods and healthcare. Bachelor of Economics from Universidad del Pacífico and studies in finance and psychology from Yale University (United States), in addition to having passed the CFA level 1 exam.

Rodrigo is a final year student of Economics at Universidad del Pacifico, with a concentration in finance. He is currently in the top tenth. He has experience working in the private sector in investments and corporate finance. In previous jobs, he supported the management of investment funds (related to private equity and private debt) with AUM greater than USD50 MM, in the financial analysis of companies from different sectors, in the development of financial models, among other tasks related to the financial sector. He completed the Advanced English Program at the Language Center of Universidad del Pacifico and the International Baccalaureate. He handles Excel at an advanced level, Bloomberg and statistical programs such as Eviews and Stata.

Maria Alejandra has experience in strategic consulting, marketing and sales. Belongs to 180 Degrees Consulting Group UP, where she helps to enhance the social impact of NGOs in the community, leading research projects and implementing various strategies. She is currently in her fourth year in business administration at the Universidad del Pacífico and has completed the International Baccalaureate.

Fernando is an economics student with a concentration in finance at the Universidad del Pacífico and a double degree in BSc economics student at the University of London. He has experience as a macroeconomic analysis intern, with emphasis on financial and labor markets, for business advice. Furthermore, he currently works as a university teaching assistant. He has knowledge in the fields of macroeconomics, financial economics, applied statistics and econometrics.
